1. Open Vegas Pro 9
2. Open 'New Project'
3. Properties: 1280x720 // 32Bit
4. Select your video
5. Right Click on the video and select: Properties
6. Unable: 'Maintain aspect ratio'
7. You've made your video in 1280x720
8. Now you can edit your video.
