This plugin is not yet available on the Wordpress Repository but it's one that looks similar to what the guys over at Mashable.com and other popular sites use. Although I don't expect anywhere near the same level of sharing on this site, especially as this site isn't marketed at all (it's just a place to keep myself accountable for my own 17 minutes challenge), but I still love this plugin :)
