You have here the boot sequence of the multi region BIOS of the dreamcast booting into dreamshell with a HDD installed and routed through the GD-ROM, loading speed is up to 5X faster then the disk based gdrom, also some of the apps installed onto the dreamshell OS, please note the colour of the dreamcast swirl will depend on the original region the machine was designed so RED is for Japanese/American consoles and Blue for European Pal version of the console
