The search for the perfect running app for the #appleWatch Series 4 continues. Today, I take a look at #iSmoothRun , which was recommended to me as the most configurable app available. And yes I could configure the apple watch data fields to show just about anything I could imagine, and yes, this thing handled lap intervals quite well. It wasn't quite perfect, but this app covers almost everything I need. And the data recording is robust and appears to be pretty accurate (I've only taken it for one run, so far).
Tomorrow, I'll cover exporting data out of this app and in to other apps, such as Strava or the Apple Activity app (the rings).
UPDATE: I found a way (a bug?) that makes the lap/interval data go away on its own. I'll discuss in tomorrow's video.
Thanks for watching! Leave a comment to let me know you stopped by!

Today's charity runner of the day is Richard Houston, who will be raising money for Team Impact Melanoma by running his 31st Boston Marathon in 2019

I'm looking to donate $5 to a different charity runner every day. If you know someone who is running for charity, let me know in a comment; message me on IG, Twitter, or Facebook; or send me an email. I'd love to donate $5 to their cause and spotlight them on the channel.
