Learn how to scale and resize a PIP window with PowerDirector 15. The PIP Zoom tutorial helps you scale a window to a larger or smaller size. This tutorial shows you how to use two images to create a cool effect for your videos. You can use a image or picture as the background video and use a picture or image as the foreground video. Place each clip on a separate timeline track and use the PIP Designer to create the PIP window.
Once you are in the PIP Designer you use keyframes for the position and scale settings to control the size and position of the video and control when the video starts and stops moving.
