I created a Youtube Thumbnail Analyzer with T3 Stack | OpenAI | tRPC | Nextjs
Using the OpenAI vision to read the image and make the analysis, then OpenAI Function calling to correctly arange the data so it's sent to the front-end in a nice JSON structure.
