Method 1:
1. Cancel your Netflix subscription from your iPhone or iTunes.
2. Wait for your Netflix account to expire.
3. Resubscribe to Netflix via a desktop web browser.
Method 2:
1. Call Netflix: (866) 579-7172.
2. Tell them to cancel your subscription immediately in order to remove iTunes Billing.
3. Resubscribe to Netflix via a desktop web browser.
