How to Fix Genshin Impact's "Upload Crash Release" on PC
PLEASE READ IF THE FIX IN THE VIDEO DID NOT WORK FOR YOU
Collective Fixes for Upload Crash Release:
Make sure you try each of these fixes individually, attempting to start Genshin Impact each time you change something.
1. Uninstall Sonic Sound Studio, as I talk about in the video.
2. Right Click Genshin Impact on the Desktop - Go to Properties - Compatibility tab - Run this as Administrator - Disable Fullscreen Optimizations - Click Ok
3. Update your Graphics Drivers
4. Install Windows Updates
5. Try launching in lower resolution / graphics setting by holding Shift when you click the "Launch" button - This will let you change the settings without having to launch the game.
6. You can attempt to reset the settings in the Genshin Impact Registry files, HOWEVER, I only recommend this
for those of you that are familiar with using your computers. You could damage your system by messing with
the wrong registry files. There is a video that has been linked in my comment section that shows how to do this

7. Repair Game Files by opening the Genshin Impact launcher -C lick the Cogwheel near the top right - Scroll down and look for Repair Game Files
8. Delete Genshin Impact and reinstall the game completely
If you have tried all of this and it is still not working, then you might check your Reliability History
on your PC to see if you can see the crash event. If you can locate the file that is causing the conflict,
we should be able to fix the problem.
I see this is a widespread issue as I didn't expect this video to get so many views, so I hope some of these
suggestions here will be the fix you need.
