This is the most serious episode we have done in a long time, At 13, Sheryl Recinos, M.D. was a homeless teen living on the streets of LA with no money, no contacts, and no family. By 16 she was living full-time on the streets and by 18 she was pregnant with her first child – she then turned her life around.
Hindsight: Coming of Age in the Streets of Hollywood, is a story of tribulation, challenges, desperation, but ultimately – hope. It illustrates how with determination and perseverance, even the most difficult of situations can be overcome.
