MMDA to designate motorcycle lane on Commonwealth Avenue | New Day
In preparation for the full implementation of face-to-face classes and the holiday rush, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority will designate a lane exclusively for motorcycles along Commonwelth Avenue this November.
