This is the second episode where a male character falls in love with Tom. The first being "Octo Suave", where Morizzio falls in love with Tom being dressed as a mermaid. In the episode, a male python mistakes Tom's tail with a female python.
Tom wears a loincloth that is similar to that of Disney's Tarzan.
