The Rin Oyaa Shrine is conveniently located right next to the Woodland Stable, in the Woodland region near the Eldin Bridge. The internal puzzle, titled "Directing the Wind," challenges Link to use wind fans and metallic sails. You must manipulate a metal platform using the Magnesis Rune to either block wind or act as a sail, allowing Link to glide across the large chasm to reach the altar. This walkthrough shows the easy method to solve the puzzle and find the Forest Dweller's Bow treasure chest!
