It is the year 2283, there are now 17 billion people on Earth.
85% of the surface of the planet is covered by buildings.
In order to preserve what little nature is left on Earth, a worldwide law forbids all new construction.
At the same time, the crime rate has exploded, the prisons are full. The government therefore appeals to scientists to find a solution. They put into place a method which extracts the senses of a human being and puts them into a container.
This process, called "NO SENSE" is used as capital punishment. The most dangerous criminels are thus piled up in a prison cells, unable to interact with the outside world.
Stripped of their senses, Man is a mere shadow of his former self, his body becomes his own prison.
Nous sommes en l'an 2283, l'humanité compte désormais 17 milliards d'individus. 85% de la surface de la planète est occupé par des immeubles.
Afin de préserver le peu de nature restant sur Terre, une loi mondiale interdit toute nouvelle construction.
En parallèle, le taux de criminalité a explosé, les prisons sont saturées. Le gouvernement fait alors appel aux scientifiques pour trouver une solution. Ils mettent en place une méthode qui permet d'extraire les sens d'un être humain et de les transplanter dans des réceptacles.
Ce procédé, nommé « NO SENSE », est appliqué comme peine capitale. Les plus grands criminels sont ainsi entassés dans des cellules, incapables d'interagir avec l’extérieur.
Dénué de ses sens, l'Homme n'est plus que l'ombre de lui-même, son corps devient sa propre prison.
