I built my own read-later app because the others bored me

Yesterday I committed to reading 30 pages a day. Today I show the tool I built for myself to make that happen: The Boring Reader.

The problem: Twitter threads, Medium articles, newsletters, PDFs, scattered everywhere, forget where I stopped reading. Solution: transform any text into an EPUB-like reader that remembers progress. Heat map like GitHub's contribution chart. Daily goal in words (300 words = 1 page, 80k words = 1 book). Library, statistics, link extractor: exactly what I need, nothing more.

A boring system you actually use beats a perfect one you don't. Not public yet. Email me if you want access.
