Managing jQuery and jQueryUI in Spotfire 11.5 and above
This video explains how to use JQuery and JQueryUI properly in your analysis.
jQuery is a popular cross-platform JavaScript library that allows you to manipulate html elements with ease. Spotfire uses this library as part of their framework. JQueryUI builds on top of jQuery to deliver widgets such as accordions and popups. As technology evolves, TIBCO decided to remove JQueryUI from its framework causing some analysis files not to work properly. Watch this video to learn how to fix and use jQuery properly
Spotfire never intended to support the internal usage of JQuery and JQueryUI and does not provide service to analysis that uses JQuery or any other JavaScript library.
