Delicious egg salad - a delicious and quick recipe for Easter brunch

You don't really know what to do with all the boiled eggs at Easter ?! How about a delicious egg salad ?! Since my last video on Friday wasn't a recipe, there is an extra video for you today 😉
Egg salad is currently the absolute hit with my big son. Egg salad is totally variable by adapting it to your taste!
Ingredients:
8 boiled eggs
100g mayonnaise
70g yogurt or sour cream
1 squirt of lemon or 1 tablespoon of cucumber water
0.5 tsp mustard
Salt pepper
Parsley and / or spring onion
