First, hang your object on a green string.
Place the green screen in the background.
In this example, my GoPro is hanging in front of my green kitchen towel.
Ensure good lighting and record the object spinning a few rounds.
Open Capcut and start a New Project.
Select the main video and tap on Add.
Tap on Overlay and Add Overlay.
Choose the green screen object and tap on Add.
Add a rectangle mask to isolate the green background.
Apply Chroma Key. Select the green and adjust the Intensity.
Go to the beginning of the green screen clip. Add a keyframe.
Resize and reposition the object.
Move the timeline forward a few times to change the size and position.
