As I mentioned in the video, I just thought I would share this with you as it’s been a very strong and very useful tool to have in my Nitro boat. Even with PowerPoles on my boat this has come in handy to help maneuver the boat across shallow berms, getting in close unhook snagged tackle, etc. Again, this is made by Avery and I purchased it after doing research on multiple other brands. I wanted something reasonably priced that collapsed small enough to go underneath the front deck storage of the boat and out-of-the-way when I didn’t need it but yet extend long enough and be strong enough to do the job when I need it. As I mentioned before I have used it many times and it’s worked great. It is made mostly of aluminum so it won’t rust but I didn’t know about the interior components. I just didn’t like the fact that some of the moisture would stay in it when it was back underneath my front deck so that’s why I mentioned I recommend draining it out at the end of the day or the trip.
