In this video I will show you 2 ways of filling up a balloon with water, in order to create a balloon weight. In one of the ways I use a bottle and in the other I use a faucet. In one of the methods I will use a double stuffed balloon (a balloon inside a balloon) in order to create a more durable balloon water weight.
