This tutorial for all 3 Affinity products, will show 2 ways to add an outline to text (could also be used on drawings and cut out images). The first using Stoke and the other using the Outer Shadow Effect.
I also look at how you can move the Outer Shadow Effect further away from the text, than you might think possible, using Offset.
