Diablo 3 - PS3 - Wirt's Bell Location And Function
You can buy Wirt's Bell from "Squirt The Peddler" in the Hidden camp, it will cost a pretty 25000. It is an ingredient for the Staff Of Herding needed for a Secrete level.

50,000 G,
The Black Mushrooms, found in Cathedral
Liquid Rainbow, found in the Mysterious Cave, located in Dahlgur Oasis
Gibbering Gemstone, found in Caves of Frost lvl 2 - dropped by Chitara random purple mob.
Blacksmith plans for staff of hurting (dropped from Izual)
Leoric's Shinbone (found in Leoric Manner by the fireplace randomly)
When you have all that, go to the blacksmith and ask him to build it (50,000 G); after you assemble it go to the cow bones (Act I) and enter the level called Whimsyshire. It was awesome and totally worth it. I will record it when I do it again.
