How to make The Jobe:
Ingredients:
5 oz drip coee
4 bananas
3 tbsp cinnamon
5 oz maple syrup
4 oz oat milk
Instructions:
In a blender, add bananas, cinnamon, maple syrup and oat milk. Blend until smooth.
In a Shaker filled with ice, add 5 oz Drip coffee, and 5 oz banana milk, and shake until combined.
Strain mixture into glass.
Enjoy!
How to make the Eastern Shakerato:
Ingredients:
1 – 2 oz condensed milk
2 oz espresso
2 tbsp jaggery (earthy, unrefined sugar from India)
Edible flowers (optional)
On your Breville espresso machine, brew a double shot of espresso (2 oz).
Stir jaggery sugar and espresso together.
In a shaker filled with ice, add espresso and condensed milk, then shake until combined.
Pour mixture into glass.
Garnish with purple or white flower.
Enjoy!
