Dhebra II Gujarati Dhebra Recipe
Dhebra is a Gujarati flat bread made from Millet (Bajri) flour, Sorghum (Jowar) flour and wheat flour. Adding fenugreek leaves and spices makes this Dhebra very tasty and healthy.

Ingredients
Quantity: 12-13 Dhebra
1 cup Bajri flour (Millet flour)
1 cup Jowar flour (Sorghum flour)
1 cup Wheat flour
1.5 cup finely chopped Fenugreek leaves
1 cup finely chopped Cilantro
1.5 tbsp Ginger, Garlic and Green chili paste
1 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
2.5 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Sesame seeds
1/2 tbsp Carom seeds
2 tsp Sugar (2 tsp Jaggery can be used as well)
1.5 warm water
