Interactive Tabs Component In Figma
In this video, we’re going to prototype a functional interactive tabs component in Figma.
We’ll begin by designing a simple tabs section and then create two additional variants, each representing a different active tab state. To visually emphasize the active tab, we’ll lower the opacity of the inactive tab buttons to 20%.
Next, we’ll dive into the prototyping phase to create a functional Figma tabs prototype. Using Figma’s on-click interactions, we’ll set up behavior that allows you to switch tabs seamlessly...mimicking the kind of tab-switching interaction you’d expect on a real website or app.
