Front Differential Oil Change Job Overview
Interval: Every 100-200 Engine Hours
Front Diff Capacity: 500ml
Front Diff Fluid Type: 75w90 API GL-5 Synthetic Gear Oil
Time Required: 1 Beer (20 Minutes)
Difficulty: Easy

1:22 Step 1: Locate 6mm Allen Fill Plug and 3/16 Allen Drain Plug
1:48 Step 2: Remove Fill Plug
2:19 Step 3: Remove Drain Plug
3:02 Step 4: Left LH Side of Bike allow oil to completely drain
3:25 Step 5: Re-Install Drain Plug (Torque Specs ONLY 4 FT. LBS)
3:51 Step 6: Add 500ml of 75w90 Gear Oil (Fill it till it spills)
4:30 Pause Here for Oil Level Verification Procedure in Service Manual
5:06 Step 7: Reinstall Fill Plug w/ New Sealing Ring (Torque Specs 17 Ft. Lbs.)
5:25 Step 8: Clean area around fill plugs, go for ride, check for leaks, and verify correct oil level
