Kubota Hufschlagräumer Eigenbau Riding Range Device B7001
Moin Moin,
ich habe mir einen Hufschlagräumer für meinen Kubota B7001 gebaut und möchte den für Leute vorstellen die auch sowas benötigen und keine Idee haben.
Sicherlich passt der auch mit entsprechenden Änderungen auch an andere Kleintraktoren.
Er funktioniert einwandfrei und so wie ich mir das vorgestellt habe!
An dem Traktor wurden nur Gewindebohrungen benutzt welche vom Hersteller schon im Rahmen vorhanden waren!
Die Teile habe ich zuerst gezeichnet und dann aus normalen Stahl lasern lassen.
Lediglich die Welle (wichtig! aus gehärteten Stahl), die Federn und die Lager habe ich bestellt.
Ich bitte die Schweissnähte zu entschuldigen, gelernt habe ich das Schweissen nie!
Gerne darf diese Idee nachgebaut werden!
Ich habe lediglich eine Bedingung, welche ich natürlich nicht kontrollieren kann.

you can see here my self developed and constructed device to clean the sides of a riding range for my Kubota B7001.
If you have no idea how to construct you can use this video as usefull support.
I think it will also fits to other small tractors with some minor changes.
On my Kubota its working very well.
I used only threads on my Kubota which are already have been there.
I started with a drawing and let the parts laser cutting.
It is made of normal steel except the shaft which is made of hardened steel.
I apologize for the welding, but i have never learned!
