Straight after the emotional moment of departing upon an epic journey the 'rainboat' was ready to face some challenges. "We were novice sailors embarking on our first voyage, studying the nautical language presented during the course of the river. Nonetheless, our passage became safer once we shared a common dream aboard, about a multicultural mission that used the tools of art to promote sustainability", shares Henny Freitas, whom with Kali de Vaux had conceived the remarkable plan.
