Why might a "good girl," even with money and success, lack self-respect? Good girl syndrome isn't just about relationships with men. It's also about the material world: money, status, work, favors, teamwork, personal boundaries, and the ability to assert oneself.

If a woman is used to being convenient, not demanding, not expressing her desires, and afraid of being seen as "bad," she can be perceived as weak—even if she has money, experience, and achievements.

In this video, clinical psychologist Daria Veksel discusses why a "good girl" can't assert herself, how to stop being convenient, why it's important to set boundaries, and how to start taking your place in the world without guilt.

Starting May 10th, the "Tochka Opory" club will launch a program: "From a Good Girl to a Healthy Egoist."
