Hacienda Santa Rosa, a unique place in Yucatan 🇲🇽
This hacienda, founded in the 18th century, reflects the transitional stage that occurred in the state when the great henequenals gave way to the cultivation of aloe vera. In 1998, it was renovated into a hotel.
You can see the stunning garden, which is divided into several sections, each dedicated to different plant families or habitats. Winding paths lead through bright flower beds, areas with medicinal plants that they use for treatment.
It serves regional and international cuisine. The chef combines the culinary delights of typical Yucatan cuisine with an appetizing blend of European and Mexican flavors.
