Ingredients :
250 grams of sweet cookies
480 grams of passion fruit pulp, this comes from 6 fruits
15 g or 2 tablespoons tasteless gelatin
120 grams of unsalted butter
100 milliliters or 10 tablespoons of water
60 grams or 4 tablespoons sugar
400 grams of very cold cream cheese
1 cup or 300 grams of condensed milk
2 cups or 500 grams of very cold whipped cream
Servings: 10.
Mould size: 24 cm.
Maximum duration: one week to 10 days.
