Setup Offline NTP Server for CCTV and others devices
Step by Step by Setting Offline NTP Server
1. Go to Services
Window Key + R (it call run) and type “Services.msc”
Window Time (Stop)
2. Go to Regedit
-Window Key + R and type “regedit”
Hkey_Local_Machine - System - Current Control Set - Services - W32Time
Config - AnnounceFlags (set value 5 -Hexadecimal)
Time Provide - NtpServer - Enable (Set value 1 - Hexadecimal)
3. Go back to Services
Window Time (Properties)
Startup: (Automatic)
Start
4. Go to Control Panel to turn off firewall
Window Key + R and type "Control"
Look for firewall and turn off
That all the setting.
