Rudeness, arrogance, complete indifference to both the patient and their families. We experienced this in 2012, when these "doctors" essentially killed my father at the I.I. Mechnikov Hospital. To be fair, that was its name during Soviet times, and since 1994, you see, it's been the "Peter the Great Clinical Hospital." The man died right in his ward, before being discharged.
We experienced the same thing in June 2024 at the Almazov National Center, although it's essentially an Extermination Center. The people operating there are not just monsters, but monsters squared and cubed. I highly recommend it. Although their PR is excellent, as they have high-ranking "protectors."
