Haven't seen anyone done this on YouTube so I decided to take a shot at it myself. This one is slightly difficult because it is very easy to fail/drop, since we're playing to the near absolute limit of the Life Bar and also to realise the importance of hitting COOL notes as opposed to GOOD/FINE. Steps taken from this vid (http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm22240978) are as follows:
1. After combo 4 where you have a Quadruple Hold, skip all the notes for this hold to max out (occurs before the two Triangle notes).
2. Grab the Triangle hold note, and then the Circle hold note (into a Triangle + Circle Double hold); hit the Triangle notes as WRONG with Square or Cross, then grab the Cross hold note to combine into a Triangle + Cross + Circle Triple hold.
3. Hit every following note (including non-Square notes) with Square button for this triple hold to max out (which occurs right at the last Cross note followed by Circle hold).
3. Grab the Circle hold but hold switch immediately to the Triangle hold note. Hit the Triangle + Circle multi-note as ALMOST (either with Square + Circle or Cross + Circle).
4. Grab the incoming Square hold note and Cross hold note into a triple hold. In the group of four notes where there's two Triangle notes and two Circle notes (last one is a Hold note), hit the first three notes with Circle button and skip the Circle hold note. Hit the next four multi notes with just Circle button to keep the Triple hold going (which maxes out in the group of Circle notes).
IMPORTANT NOTE: Starting with the group of Circle notes where the Triple hold in the previous step maxes out, every following (correct) note needs to be hit with COOL; if you get more than 1 FINE/GOOD, you will fail the chart at the next and final step.
5. Grab the Square and Cross hold notes (into a Square + Cross double hold), hit the Triangle hold note as WRONG, then combine with the Circle hold note into a Triple hold. Then hit every note (including all non-Triangle notes) with Triangle button to max out this Triple hold.
Should have a max combo of 355 and a WRONG/MISS/ALMOST count of 36 if done correctly. From that vid, it is possible to get Excellent if the GOOD count is low enough.
At the time of recording this, I'm no. 1 on the leaderboards but I doubt I can hold onto this lead lol
