This rendition is different than the common hymn, both in its verse and some word usage. I tried my best to piece together the Latin text and English translation (both can be seen below); errors are likely.

Amen.
Salve, sancta Parens, enixa et puerpera Regem: qui caelum, terramque regit in saecula saeculorum.

Hail, holy Mother, thou who didst bring forth the King
who rules Heaven and earth for ever and ever.
And the joy of the Mother, remaining a Virgin of modesty, neither before thee was any like thee, nor shall there be after,
Hail, holy Mother, thou who didst bring forth the King
who rules Heaven and earth for ever and ever.
Glory to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit, As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
Hail, holy Mother, thou who didst bring forth the King
who rules Heaven and earth for ever and ever.
