🔹️It takes around 1:00 to 1:30 minutes to grind 18g of coffee. Depending on the roast level.
🔹️It is super easy to dial-in and get your espresso shot within your desired extraction time. It has a stepless grind adjustment mechanism that allows you to make micro adjustments as fine as almost 5 microns. It offers 10 microns per engraved line for your reference.
🔹️The thumb stopper is well placed, but the grinder would still feel slippery and lacks the grippy feeling you need when grinding for espresso.
Adding the rubber band will significantly improve the grip and the overall experience.
🔹️Tastwise:
It is able to deliver delicious espresso shots and it should come to no surprise, considering the perfect burr alignment. The shots are tasty with good body and decent clarity.
Dark, medium, or even a very light roast, you will enjoy all of them in espresso with the Kinu 👌

Overall, we can say with all confident that the Kinu M47 is a wonderful grinder for espresso. We enjoyed using it for more than two espresso shots on a daily bases. Keep in mind, you need to get the rubber band as it is necessary for an enjoyable espresso grinding experience.
