Nalgene Everyday water bottle
I bought myself this Nalgene hiking water bottle. It's made of Tritan, a type of plastic that claims to be BPA-free and can even withstand hot water. The bottle holds 1 liter. It has a wide mouth and a lid that's attached to the bottle itself to prevent it from getting lost. The lid is removable if needed, and the plastic is really strong, and I haven't had any issues with it in a year of use. I even tried brewing tea in this bottle and pouring boiling water into it on a hike, and the plastic didn't warp or melt. The wide mouth is very convenient because it's easy to clean the inside and can also be used as a container. If you put medication or other items in it, they'll stay protected from getting wet, but the wide mouth has the disadvantage of spilling water when drinking on the go.
