How To: Photocopy Double-Sided Half Page Booklet
The pages in the master copy will be out of order but once copied in this way, they will be in the right order.
Overview:
-Use standard 8 1/2 x 11 copy paper.
-Put your master copy in the the top feeder* in the landscape orientation (not on the glass).
-Make sure you select a paper drawer that also has 8 1/2 x 11 copy paper ready in the landscape position.
-If you're starting with a single-sided master copy, then select "1 sided to 2 sided."
-If you're starting with a double-sided master copy, then select "2 sided to 2 sided."
-Staple selection: Choose the staple option that looks like a piece of paper in landscape orientation with staples down the middle of the page.
-Press "Start."
-You may wish to make one sample copy to be sure it copies, folds, and staples as you wish and then make as many copies as you'd like.
-On my photocopier, the finished folded and stapled booklet comes out of the machine near the bottom on the left side.
*If you don't have a top feeder, perhaps you have a bypass feeder option in which case you'll need to select the bypass paper drawer.
