How To Fix RageHookPlugin Black Screen GTA V
Problem: When launching RageHookPlugin you are hit with a black screen.
When you click on the black screen it says GTAV Cant be processed right now.
Fix: Simply launch your normal GTAV game. TAB out when you are at the main menu. Launch RageHookPlugin. Return to game and Ragehook should start to hook your game.
