Stupid thing lenders ask for and why we need them ?!?!
The income and asset docs that each lender asks for such as 30 days of paystubs , 2 years of w2's , 2 months of bank statements and 2 years of tax returns .
All of these documents and other docs including paper trail docs for down payment and large deposits are all part of a loan package that the banks require on all loans when purchasing a home .
