Today, work is being carried out on the construction site in a number of ways. Shell, core and utilities works, and fireproofing of the steelwork are in progress.
The facing of the staircases and the installation of the fire escapes are underway. At the moment, the installation of all window frames, ventilation grills, canopies and roof water drains is completed.

The installation of doors and gates remains to be completed. To begin this work, the ground floor needs to be finished, and then the partition walls will be put in place.
The basic concrete work has been completed and builders are now preparing to start the waterproofing of the ground floor and after concrete pouring will begin.
The installation of the partition walls on the third floor is in progress.
