In this short tutorial we show how to eliminate Rolling Band flicker from video footage in Adobe Premiere Pro. This is usually caused by LED lights or other light/camera sync problems (like shooting NTSC in Europe).

Rolling Band flicker occurs for many reasons, but it's all because the lights in your scene are out of sync with the camera. This creates the rolling band artifact. It used to most often happen when shooting NTSC somewhere other than the US, or shooting PAL in the US. However, LED lights are the most common cause now.
