Responsibilities of CREAS coordinators

Once again, in response to requests and suggestions, we continue discussing SUAS service management. In the previous video, we discussed CRAS coordination. Today, I'll talk about the service in which I have the most management experience: CREAS. I divide the CREAS coordinator's responsibilities into four main areas: people management, organization of the unit's routine/work processes, network referrals, and inter-institutional coordination (agreement on workflows).
