I've been experimenting with Claude Cowork and the marketing plugin to see if it's actually faster than running everything through Claude chat — and what changes when you layer in a custom brand voice file.
In this walkthrough I run the same prompt three ways for a solo founder GTM use case (https://gtmsprint.run/):
1. Claude Cowork with the marketing draft-content skill — pulls context from my website, drafts LinkedIn posts in the right tone.
2. Plain Claude chat with the same prompt — solid output, but built from a single channel of context.
3. Cowork + my brand voice markdown file — and this is where it gets interesting. Claude rewrites the post using my real LinkedIn voice, named tools, frameworks (Hypothesis-Led Marketing™, 95/5, GTM Sprint), and parallel rhythm. Then I ask it to spin a newsletter on the same theme — one line of input, full long-form output.
The unlock isn't the AI. It's loading your operating context once so every future asset stays on-brand without re-prompting.
