MARATHON COMPLETE - Geometry Dash
Welcome to Geometry Dash! Here it is, my contribution to Maymory... fashionably late. As some of you may know, I haven't been well recently, suffering with migraines etc. I am much better now but this is the reason for me slowing down on the uploads. I would rather keep a consistent schedule, even if this means just 1/2 videos a week. I've stopped looking at this like a job, I am just here to have fun now. Thank you for being patient.
Marathon is a level I actually wanted to verify when it was being made, but Luqualizer was already given the opportunity. This level is very long, and has lots of different memory sections (or miles). I like some of them, I also hate some of them. There are definitely a few really hard clicks scattered throughout the level that kind of ruined the overall experience for me, especially the 4 spike on mile 7, and the yellow orb at the beginning of mile 8. I love the overall concept of this level on paper, but when it comes round to actually playing it from 0 over and over again, it gets boring pretty quickly. Luckily I managed to do a pretty massive fluke and saved myself from lots of potential pain. If you decide to go for this level, I would recommend just learning a couple of parts every day, instead of trying to learn it all as fast as possible, because you will probably get brain overload and become depressed.
