Data pipeline table with Google Sheets + Apps Script

1. We use the Google Search Console API to pull in our websites to Google Sheet.
2. Then we can pick:
which sites to add to the Google Search Console pipeline
the optional country and device dimensions to add
3. We push the tables into BigQuery
