Can Can is helpful for landing hits on the buffed Angelic Gories and her high DPS helps take down Cli-one (if she reaches Cli-one lol).
If you somehow have Zamboney before this stage, he can be used as a safety net from the Trolly Bloggers which can accumulate as your units are depleting Cli-one.
Manic/Crazed Gross is only needed for the start as a way to clear out all the Trolly Bloggers before the first Bahamut deployment.
Manic Flying works well for the Gories and some can reach Cli-one.
Yes, I did retry (second attempt wiped) with a radar and managed to beat Cli-one quicker thanks to Bahamut surviving and got the Drone I̶S̶I̶S̶ Cat.
