This plc tutorial is about how to use the positive edge detection block and negative edge detection block in tia portal ladder logic programming.
the postitive edge detector, detects the change change state from 0 to 1 or from Low to High. and the negative edge detection, detects the signal change state from 1 to 0 or from high to low. it was explained in tia portal simulation as well with the applied logic.
