How to create depth of field with an action camera in Premiere Pro

We all know that action cameras have perfect infinity focus but I thought I would show you how you can create depth of field with an action camera in Premiere Pro to give the illusion that you are not using an action camera but maybe a DSLR/Mirrorless camera with a Prime lens.
First I'll show you the Lumix G7 with an Olympus 25mm prime and using manual focus how you can get great depth of field, then using a GoPro Hero 7 and on a Firefly 8SE and then show you how to do it in post.
