Here's why you should avoid the Delonghi Specialista
This Delonghi Specialista Prestigio competes with directly with the Breville Barista Express Impress and so I was super keen to try it out.
After having it for a week and making coffees on it and testing it out I came to some conclusions pretty quickly. While it wasn't immediately noticeable, the amazing list of features did little to hide the glaringly obvious faults.
For the price, the machine offers everything a new home barista needs and if you didn't know any better you'd probably think this machine was perfect but when you start to scratch away at the surface you start to see some holes that leave you feeling a little empty inside.
