Minecraft - Upload Your Own Technic Modpack (Tutorial)
Just to briefly show one way of creating your own technic modpack.

Not covered in video:
Put the mods into the mod folder of your upload "before" you upload it to your dropbox. If you want custom config files as well, just run the game (can do it in someone elses modpack if you wish); and copy the config files to your new config directory.
